Reservation/Cancellation Policies

Reservation Policy: 
A 50% deposit is required within seven days of making a reservation request,
with the final payment due 30 days prior to the reserved arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:
A 50% refund of the TOTAL reservation amount is granted if the cancellation is made prior to 30 days
of the reserved arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date are not refundable.
